Female-Female 40 pin Dupont Breadboard Jumper Wire 20cm

This lot of Female to Female 40 pin ribbon cables are pretty good. They have decent flex for non-silicon wires. The Dupont end works great the first couple of connections but quickly begins to get loose with repetitive use. These cables are fine for the hobbyist but not a great choice for the classroom.
